Terms & Conditions

2.1 Customers must provide accurate event details, including the date, location, and any specific instructions for setup, to book our services.

2.2 Payment is required to confirm the reservation… However, payment will not be requested from customer until HYS staff has verified the requested display is available at the requested location on the requested date. Full payment must be completed prior to or upon the setup of the yard cards.

2.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

3.1 Cancellations made at least 1 day prior to install date are eligible for full refund.

3.2 Cancellations made less than 1 day prior to scheduled install date are subject to partial refund.

3.3 Displays that are unable to be installed due to weather conditions or scheduling conflicts, etc will be fully refunded.

4.1 Hanks Yard Signs will make every reasonable effort to install the yard cards at the requested time. Unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or access restrictions may affect the setup time.

4.2 The customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to the yard area for setup and removal. Any obstacles hindering setup may result in additional charges.

4.3 Customers agree not to relocate, tamper with, or damage the yard cards during the rental period. Any damage or loss caused by the customer may result in additional fees.

5.1 Hanks Yard Signs, powered by Hanks Realty Group, is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the setup, presence, or removal of yard cards unless caused by negligence on our part.

5.2 The customer assumes responsibility for the safety of individuals and property surrounding the area where the yard cards are installed.

6.1 Hanks Yard Signs reserves the right to use photographs of yard card setups for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified by the customer.

6.2 These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

6.3 Hanks Yard Signs powered by Hanks Realty Group would like to stay in touch with you! We plan to do so via text and email and call. This might be about real estate matters, birthday signs, or just staying in touch. Please do let us know if you’d rather not hear from us… but we do plan to be good neighbors and stay in touch.

Additional $50 fee for custom signs

Additional $30 fee for rush orders. These are orders received 3 days or less from installation date.

Name is up to 12 letters and $3 per letter thereafter.

Additional $50 will be levied for destinations situated within a 15-mile radius beyond Cramerton, NC.

Additional $40 for another 15 miles away for travel fee (2 trips for set up and take down of display)

Military Homecoming Yard Sign Service – FREE within range of service. A flat fee of $50 will be applied for Military Homecoming Yard Sign requests beyond the standard service area.

Prior clients of Hanks Realty Group receives $100 off (Rush and/or Distance fees still apply if applicable)
