Carson Kelly serves as Hanks Realty Group's Courier & Property Marketing Coordinator, a role affectionately known within our team as "The Gopher." Carson helps ensure that every listing looks its absolute best by managing the installation, maintenance, and removal of our property signage and marketing materials throughout the communities we serve.

Whether he's placing a new listing sign, installing directional signs for an open house, refreshing marketing materials, or making sure a property is properly represented in the field, Carson plays a vital role in delivering the polished, professional presentation our clients have come to expect. His work helps create strong first impressions and ensures that every listing receives the attention it deserves.

Known for his dependability, efficiency, and positive attitude, Carson is often the first Hanks Realty Group team member to visit a property after it is listed and one of the last to visit after it is sold. He takes pride in making sure every sign is secure, visible, and in excellent condition while helping maintain the high standards that define our brand.
