Carson Kelly

Carson Kelly serves as Field Manager for Hanks Realty Group, providing the boots-on-the-ground support that helps us actively care for our listings throughout the time they're on the market.

Carson regularly visits properties on behalf of our team and our clients, serving as another set of eyes and ears on the ground.

During property checks, he looks for anything that may need attention, helps ensure the home and grounds remain well presented, checks signage and exterior marketing materials, keeps flyer boxes stocked and current, watches for packages or debris, and addresses many of the small details that can affect a buyer's first impression.

When appropriate, Carson's property checks extend inside the home as well. He may check HVAC settings, flush toilets, look for leaks, insects or other concerns, refresh showing supplies, and take care of minor presentation items that can easily go unnoticed between showings. His visits are documented with photographs and field notes, giving our team—and especially clients who may no longer live nearby—a better picture of what's happening at their property.

Carson also coordinates the installation, maintenance and removal of our property signage and field marketing materials, assists with open houses and special projects, and provides courier and logistical support throughout the team.

His role reflects an important part of how we approach listing a property: our responsibility doesn't end when the sign goes in the yard and the listing goes live. We believe in staying engaged, paying attention to the details, and actively caring for the properties our clients have entrusted to us.

Known for his dependability, attention to detail and willingness to step in wherever needed, Carson helps ensure that the level of service our clients experience behind the scenes matches the quality of the marketing they see out front.
