Craig Graves, a Belmont native and South Point High School graduate (class of 1989), brings a unique combination of business acumen, real estate expertise, and mindset mastery to every client interaction. After earning a business degree from Western Carolina University in 1993 as a member of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity, Craig spent 25 successful years in corporate America at a Fortune 500 company. However, his passion for helping others achieve their goals led him to embark on a bold new path.
In 2022, Craig joined Hanks Realty Group, partnering with his longtime friend Matthew Hanks. It was here that he blended his corporate expertise and transformational coaching background to create a unique identity as “The Unbeatable Broker.” This brand is rooted in the life-changing training Craig received in 2020 when he became a certified mindset coach under Retired Navy SEAL Commander Mark Divine’s Unbeatable Mind program. Through this rigorous program, Craig learned the power of resilience, mental toughness, and relentless focus—skills that have become the foundation of his approach to real estate.

Outside of real estate, Craig treasures time with his three children and embraces opportunities to create meaningful memories with family. A dedicated Brazilian Jiujitsu practitioner, Craig continues to challenge himself both physically and mentally, reinforcing the resilience that defines his personal and professional life.
