When you hire Hanks Realty Group to sell your home, you’ll soon see Mr. Wayne pull up in the Gopher-Mobile HRG Van to install the big, beautiful HRG Yard Sign.  They even have solar lights on top to ensure maximum visibility even at night!  Then when the property is sold, Mr. Wayne is back, adding an “Under Contract” rider to the yard sign.  On Open House day, you’ll see directional signs all over the area pointing potential buyers to your home, courtesy of the tireless efforts of Mr. Wayne, the HRG Gopher.  When you see Mr. Wayne in the neighborhood, be sure to stop and say ‘hi” or share a prayer request…  nothing makes him happier!
